How to Get Over Someone you really liked Deeply
Getting over someone is a slow process and needs plenty of patience and energy. No matter how ready you’re, it will be a slow and painful process, particularly if you ‘ve had invested emotionally in that relationship for a long time.

If the breakup was new, usually the best way to deal with it’s to face the pain sensation and ride it. It is going to hurt regardless of how hard you attempt. But there aren’t many things that can decrease the pain.
Here are a few helpful tips regarding how to get over someone you really liked deeply at some point.
- Remove the obvious visual reminders of the person, if at all possible;
- Put away the pictures;
- Store away the gifts along with other items that you enjoyed before;
- Avoid likely to places in which you used to go together.
- Talk to family or friends. Sharing your feelings with someone you are close with gives an outlet to emotions.
- If necessary, seek counseling. A counselor can tell you just how to cope with such situation.
If you had emotionally invested into a relationship, also it ends it can potentially make you sad for a long time. But that doesn’t mean the sadness needs to be paralyzing and depressing. Accepting it as part of life helps in in hindsight and taking it as every other loss one might experience.
Just remember, if you just came out of a lasting relationship, don’t jump in to the brand new one right away. You may be emotionally vulnerable at that stage and might like someone you simply met. So, take this time around to reflect on other parts in your life, set your priorities and focus on your future.
